One of th great strengths of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is its focus on wellness care. In fact, in times past TCM doctors were paid to keep families well and prevent illness. If a family member fell ill, the doctor was expected to care for that person and provide medicine at his own expense.
Part of our mission at Whole Family Health is to empower our patients and the general public to create their own path to health. On these pages you will find a variety of self-care tips covering acupressure points, qi gong exercises, and simple homemade herbal remedies.
