I have had chronic back problems for several years,. I have tried chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage, yoga, pilates, various medications. All have helped somewhat but have not given me the relief that I wanted. As a last resort, I decided, with my primary physician's okay, to try acupuncture. I have more flexibility than I have had in years, and for the most part, the discomfort is gone.
